A seaside apartment flat built before 1974 within a block of flats needed a complete overhaul and refinishing. Our team came on site to assess the property and design an overhaul plan. The flat entrance was moved to the outside wall and an old doorway was closed off. New windows and doors were installed. The walls and ceiling were plastered and painted, and the floor tiles were replaced throughout including the bathroom. New kitchen and bathroom units were fitted. The plumbing system and electrical were both changed out, and a new air conditioning units were installed. This 70’s seaside flat renovation resulted in an updated space with modern systems to last for decades to come.

- Rotting walls caused by leaking pipes had severely damaged the interior finishing and would require complete replacement.
- The flat was located on the ground floor next to the elevator and the concierge room where it was nearly impossible for tenants to enjoy silence and privacy during their vacation time. This was solved by moving the flat entrance door to the outside wall and bricking up the old door opening.
