Our villa owners in Lapta decided to turn a guest shower room under the staircase into a more practical bathroom space since it was not being used. The project would also include moving a washing machine and clothes dryer out of sight for a more aesthetic look. The shower unit, taps, toilet, sink, radiator, and window were all dismounted. The old tile was stripped and walls cleaned. The room was retiled and grouted and the ceiling plastered and painted. A new marble worktop was added along with a new vanity unit and extra cabinets. The toilet and radiator were repositioned and the window refitted. New lighting was installed with electrical connections added and adjusted where necessary. The washing machine and clothes dryer were reconnected in another area. The result of this Lapta bathroom conversion turned an ordinary shower room into an efficient and useful utility room, retaining its wiring and connectivity functions.
- The space was small but our crew was able to efficiently plan the project for timely installations.
- The tile and marble finishes were completed with precision detail within the established timeline in only seven work days.
- The project included electrical wiring, plumbing, tiling, finishing, and more, and our diverse team was capable of handling every detail from start to finish.
